|  | Welcome to Miles for Matheny! Liberty Park, Peapack, New Jersey Welcome to the 11th annual Miles for Matheny! Thanks to everyone who has helped support us over the years, and for helping make the 2008 Miles for Matheny such a wonderful event! This year's Miles for Matheny, which was help on Sunday, April 20th, was a huge success, with fundraising pldeges still coming in. Please note that you have until June 2, 2008 to make gifts or pledges to qualify for our top prizes! Click on the "Donate Now" button to do so. This year we had the most participants ever, totaling almost 2,000! Once again we had a USATF sanctioned 5K run through local "hunt country", five cycling courses that ranged from a family friendly 12 mile ride to a very challenging Hills of Attrition ride, our Kids Fun Run, and our signature event, the Lu Huggins Wheelchair Walk. From everyone here at Matheny, Thank You for coming out to show your support! Go the Miles and Make Some SmilesEvery dollar raised from Miles directly supports the Matheny Center of Medicine and Dentistry which provides outpatient services to people with disabilities in 12 New Jersey counties. With each dollar you raise, you are helping someone special who suffers from a complex developmental disability, such as Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Lesch-Nyhan Disease. Matheny's dental clinic, which opened nearly five years ago, operates three days a week, Monday through Wednesday. There is presently a waiting list of more than 100 people. With increased funding Matheny would be able to provide services to all those in need. Gather your friends, family and co-workers for what is sure to be another great Miles for Matheny day! Go the miles and make some smiles..with every dollar you raise!
